Jarrad is a good guy, and if you need some work done or want some cool mods to your diesel truck this is one of the good places in La Grange. As to repairs, I have to take off a point. He told me the transmission on my used RAM was probably in bad shape because of all the metal filings; on his recommendation I rented a car for a trip to Florida. When I got back I sought out a transmission specialist who'd worked on it before; he said that he'd rebuilt the trans to sled-pull competition standards (that means it was all super-heavy-duty parts). Been over a year of use, some pretty heavy, with no problems. So for maintenance and custom parts I go here. For sophisticated diagnostics I'd consider a second opinion. Oh, by the way, I contacted Google Maps but they haven't fixed the location yet. Maps shows Ocean on EAST Business 71, when it's actually on WEST Bus 71 (as per the address listed). Just search for Riverside Cafe and look across the road!
I dropped off a 265k mile 1997 f350 for a full inspection so i could daily drive the truck on long trips and i expected it to have a few issues but jarrod and his team ended up finding a whole bundle of problems that needed to be addressed i was skeptical at first of the total bill to get the truck running right but i was assured of his knowledge and experience with the 7.3 motor i had nothing to worry about long story short i just picked up the truck and i am so happy with the craftmenship and attension to detail with the installation of all my parts truck is running like a top like it was new! Can't wait to keep upgrading it.
Good guys and can fix or upgrade anything that is diesel.
