A dear family friend held a wake here a few months ago. Due to COVID19, I wasn't able to attend, and so sent a large floral spray to the services. The very generous florist showed up on time at 8 AM (the funeral home requested my flowers arrive before 9 AM), but no one would open the back door for him. He then went to the front, entered the lobby, called out multiple times, waited, and still no one from the funeral home came to greet him. He left the display there with a card with my name on the front and the name of the deceased on the back. The floral display was eventually moved into a room, but it was the WRONG ROOM. My friend saw the flowers, saw my name, and assumed someone with the same name coincidentally sent them for someone else that day, but the funeral home had made a mistake. I emailed the funeral home distraught as I had paid a significant amount of money for the flowers and received a completely callous email dismissing two people who delivered/saw the flowers and claiming they never arrived. I emailed back and received no response. A really disgusting, disappointing, and heartless response from a business where empathy, patience, and kindness should be constantly extended. For what it's worth my friend also said they attempted to price gouge their family on the day of the viewing. Totally inappropriate and sad behavior. Don't waste your time or money.

Professional and clean facility! We just used the services of Janaza Services of Georgia on Sep 10 for a dear friend Rafi Khan. We called them from Emory Johnscreek Hospital, they picked up phone on one phone call, collected information and picked up a body in an hour. We had to keep the body in funeral home until next day, Janaza Services took care of our request and by the time out of state family arrived and reached the funeral home. Janaza Services Tran was ready for them to wash and shroud the body. Brother Imam BILAL took the responsibility of guiding and helping the family members during the Ghusal and shrouding process. Staff was very professional, Sister Emaani took care of all the paperwork printed and handed over the paperwork in a file to the friends before heading to ECIC Cemetry. Brother Kamran who played major role in this funeral made sure everything was easy as on time. He created an entire schedule for everyone to make sure there is no confusion regarding the Janaza Prayer Timings, address of the Cemetry. I must say we are blessed to have such a facility in our city where family members do not have to worry about anything, Janaza Services took care of everything for us after just one phone call.
Brothers and sisters, the Janazah Services of GA prepared the funeral arrangements of a close family member. I recommend their services for the funeral preparations of your loves ones. Grieving the loss of a family member is hard and anxious, but the staff handled the arrangements respectfully and expeditiously. I thank the director of the center for his professionalism but more importantly the operation manager Ms. Sannon for her assistance, compassion and understanding of our grief and sadness.
