Went in a month ago to order a replacement CPAP. I was told it would take a week for paperwork and a week to get machine in. Still have not gotten it. Ive been by twice and they assured me they would check on it and return my call. Never happened. Called today and they told me it appears to be in insurance approval and for me to be more patient. Asked for manager and, of course, they are not there. I would give them a zero on customer care if google system would allow it.

Two weeks after receiving a c-pap machine, I had not received the mask that they were to have ordered on the same day. I called them, was told any day now. A week later, still no mask. Call them again, they gave me the supplier number. Found out that it had not been ordered. They seem to be quite inept at providing customer service and support. Good thing this wasn't a life or death situation.
