Jay Suites is my favorite place in Midtown Manhattan , mainly because I'm treated very well and with a great deal of respect. The space is unique and always clean. The staff is always efficient with handling mail and I feel comfortable . The natural lighting that comes in throughout the office makes me feel alive and creative. When my clients come to visit, they are always impressed with the set up and the way the front desk handles them with importance. I close deals easier and I must give credit to the ambiance of Workville. The emails that I receive from Carolina and Dominque, that contain helpful tips and good information show that this company really cares.

Great meeting facilities. Was there for a small conference. Coffee was great, lots of good snacks and breakfast treats. Lunch was delicious too. Meeting room was comfortable with good setup and acoustics. Nice job.

Overall, a reliable place to begin a business. I've been here for a little over a year. The front desk staff is always around and is accommodating. The space itself is small, but is typical for the area. The staff responds to emails with lightning speed, so if you ever have an urgent problem they get to it quickly.

The staff is always welcoming and accommodating. The property is centrally located and easily commutable. The space is kept clean. And management is very helpful in meeting client objectives, whether it be for large temporary space needs (such as in my case) to bridge periods between renovations or relocations; or long-term small space needs for maximum flexibility and low overall costs. The property offers multiple layout options. And my neighbors are friendly.
