Jay bird media, especially Jay, are extremely professional, cost effective, and customer oriented. When I started to seek a professional outfit that would convert my 45 of my old VHS tapes to digital media, I researched about 15 vendors. The range of services was varied. I chose Jaybird because they struck me as the most responsive. It turns out they were also the best price of the lot. Jay met my needs before I even knew I needed some of them. As an example, even though I had not thought of this, Jay put my tapes on a platform so that my relatives and friends could enjoy memories of the gala events we committed to VHS. Jay has been so easy to work with and accommodated our many requests. He empowered our storytellers, from former refugees to older adults, a foster family and a woman who had experienced homelessness. He helped them feel comfortable being on camera and captured beautiful footage. He did everything on schedule and helped us feel included throughout the process in a really positive way.
