We were trying to get quotes on a gut and remodel of our bathroom. We are a single income household so wanted to contact several contactors. I pulled companies that had top reviews and five stars on Google. I contacted this company because of the good rating and review. However when I got a hold of the receptionist they weren't able to answer any of my questions so she passed me to a project manage named Adam. I started by letting him know we where needing a quote for a gut and remodel. He stopped me shortly into the conversation to ask if I was getting quotes from other companies. I told him I was and he proceeded to let me know several times that they do not do biding \wars\ as he called it and they would not be the cheapest out there...I explained that I didn't want anyone to be the cheapest but to do a good job at a far price. He proceeded to tell me that they had plenty of costumers and I told him that I didn't wish to waste his time or my own if this want something he was interested in...he reluctantly set and appointment to take a look for a quote. I received a phone call the afternoon before the appointment where he then cancelled and proceeded to tell me he had to go out of town. Also that they were booked until late the next year. I told him that he didn't seem interested in the job anyway and thanks for letting me know. This company was not very professional and afraid of any competition. They want you to take their word on quotes only and not shop around. I would not now or in the future refer or recommend this company.
