Was just there this morning. Great service and very professional staff. Sometimes a little slow on answering the phone but if you leave a message the office staff returns your call. While there this morning, a customer pulled up and was waiting for the staff to come out and offer assistance. (During Covid the store is closed to customers and R&R Pools provides curb side service) The customer used profanity at the store manager for not allowing him inside and said “this covid” thing is over and this is BS”. While waking away the customer kept saying f& you which was making me nervous and upset. The store manager handled the situation very well.
