Always friendly service
I have visited the Jefferson Post Office frequently over the past six years, and the staff members have always been helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. The usual wait is much shorter than at other post offices I've visited in the past. The impression I have is of a well managed office where the staff members cooperate to provide excellent service at the window and in the back.
Any package delivered to Holders Siding Lane in the city of Jefferson gets delivered to 86 Siding Lane. Usually myself or my husband has to redeliver these packages. We are both disabled and this can be a challenge. Since we do not work for USPS nor are we paid for the job of delivering mail I feel the USPS should redeliver these packages! It is difficult to speak with a live person when calling and during the holiday seasons the wait time for assistance is @ an hour. Something needs done to correct this problem as other delivery companies don't seem to have this problem. I have a package at my house NOW that should not have been delivered here. I know the recipient would love to get it. Do something you are getting paid to do don't just leave it anywhere so someone else has to complete your job. It needs picked up and redelivered!!
I never write reviews, but I was so impressed I wanted to take the time to say thank you! Brittany has the best customer service and the most friendly personality! It is nice to walk in and be greated by someone that has a very positive attitude. She went out of her way to help me and I greatly appreciate it. Great Post Office and thank you for hiring excellent employees like Brittany!
