Valentine day flowers were ready on time and arranged beautifully. Attention to detail was excellent including a plastic bag to help protect flowers from freezing in 8 degree outdoor temperatures. Also included a box to help keep flowers upright during transport home. One of the busiest days of the year for flowers and quality and service exceeded expectations!

Easy to order flowers online! Ordered a basket bouquet Friday afternoon and it was delivered Monday. The flowers were absolutely beautiful! Pricing is fair and called to check on order and staff was so friendly and helpful!
My fiance and I visited Becky's shop under a very tight deadline while planning our elopement. She was thorough, kind, and best of all -- had a wealth of knowledge when it came to florals which really helped inform our decisions. She took the time to understand our vision and nailed all the details in bringing it to life. Like many couples in 2020, we had to postpone our date multiple times and she was beyond accommodating and helpful. When the day arrived, her team delivered the arrangements early and they were absolutely stunning(!!!). I will use Rathbone's time and time again in the future and would encourage any bride to call for a consultation.
