My husband drove me 45 minutes to this Jerry's so I could get my Ultimate Cheesesteak. The closed all the Jerry's Subs in our area. I searched for a replacement, but nothing was worth it. The staff here was friendly. Service is slow, but food is fresh. Taste is consistent. I love this place. Thanks guys! ️

My family and I stopped in for dinner, we placed our order with the cashier, and sat our seats. Moments later a man walked in and started yelling at the cashier about his phone charger and wanting to know where it was, the cashier said she didn’t know and couldn’t help him find it. The man starts using profanity and saying the F word he was obviously very emotional about this charger, all this disturbing behavior as my two children ages 6 and 8 are subjected to vile profanities and vulgar actions. I can only assume this man was the cashiers boyfriend. Anyway this is the last time I’ll bring my family to this location it is not a family atmosphere and very unprofessional behavior from staff to allow this to take place

At the moment you arrive in this place the personel give you a comfortable feeling. Very hospitable crew, it is a friendly place to go out with friends and colleagues or with your date. Excellent cuisine, creative chef, modest cost and professional service. Warmly recommended.

Got there 10 minutes after they said food would be ready, and asked if the food was ready. The cashier responded I don’t think so and didn’t go look for the food. I waited 17 minutes before the manager said why is all this food sitting here, and then proceeded to say that the customer should know the food is ready. I will be spending my money elsewhere, and I would rather buy food from a gas station before I buy from this place again.

The pizza was nice and tasty, the crust crispy and freshly baked. I loved it, and would be definitely back for more.

I’ve been waiting over an hour for food I ordered online with a confirmation emailed to me that food would be delivered between 4:45 and 4:55. Food I have already paid for to avoid contact with anyone. Called the store TEN times and there is no answer. Awful establishment has gone downhill in the last few years. I don’t know why I keep giving them a chance.

Haven’t ate here in awhile decided to try it again for dinner, Ordered on grubhub at 8:15pm, grubhub says the last time to place an order at this place is 8:45pm. They accepted the order then canceled the order at 8:30 when we called the manager just kept saying we close at 8:30. If they close at 8:30 then they need to fix their times with grubhub.. very unprofessional and very disappointed.
