Uneducated and bad drivers with school buses, worst customer service, call to complaint about a driver going throught a stop sign and after I said I have video on my dash cam I was told to send the video to a email that doesn't exist.... Thankfully none of my kids have to drive around with this kind of people ....

Wrost transport service. I don’t know why Jersey City School Board hires them for school transportation. They suddenly changed school bus route. I tried calling them at least 5 times today. Every time they kept me on hold for more than 30 minutes. And each time I had to start all over again. Be careful sending your kids with this bus company.

All drivers are horrible. They were car accident multiple times. Be careful when you send your child to them.

I see this company has some horrible reviews so I had to give them a great one. I called to inquire about a job with them but because of personal reasons I will not be able to work there. The young lady that answered the phone was very professional and extremely helpful. She even gave me some helpful tips on resolving my personal matter. I can not comment on the bus aid's and driver's but, she was super helpful to me.
