I had such an amazing experience with Yolanda at Wonder Lash. I went in for a brow shaping and ended up doing brow lamination. Yolanda was so professional and took the time to explain/show me the process. My brows turned out incredible and would recommend Wonder Lash to anyone looking for a place to get your eyebrows done. I will definitely be going back. So happy I found her. :)

Two weeks ago I had the absolute worst eyelash experience of my life. The technician who is doing my eyelashes glued my top lashes to the bottom lashes ask me inappropriate questions and took a private phone calls while my eyelashes were glued together and I couldn’t open my eyes. I called wonder lash and told him about the experience they apologized and did refund me. So I kept the appointment that I had for August 4, today. They confirmed with me earlier in the day with whether or not I wanted my appointment I said yes. I showed up to my appointment open the door and no one was there. I messaged the number that had confirmed with me earlier and what I got was laughed at. I then got a bunch of excuses as to why it’s my fault or I didn’t understand and that they actually told me a different appointment location. Of course that’s not true, but I didn’t even get an apology. If you want good customer service or eyelashes that look good, don’t go here. I made an appointment with Yolanda For brow lamination and shaping. when I got there I was taken care of by someone else. I was not explained the process or asked how I like my eyebrows done. I give the one star because it’s probably not the technicians fault she had to take me and Yolanda was not assisting me. I paid 80 for brow lamination and shaping and the shaping consisted of plucking 2 hairs!! Don’t waste your Money on this place! Nothing special. I read the terrible reviews but really wanted to try brow lamination. Take your business somewhere else that makes it worth while. Will not be returning and do not recommend this place.
First time at this location doing my eyelash lift. Place and the staff were nice but the outcome of the service very poor. I have been getting this service for a long time, and I always feel so happy afterwards, but this time I'm very disappointed. They told me it would last about a month, and it has been only two weeks and they already look terrible, all over the place, they don't look curl anymore. Plus I asked them to do it a certain away and they didn't. For the price they charged, I was expecting a better job. Never going back. Not a fan of leaving negative comments but a woman's eyelashes are so important, that they need to step up their game and do better. .
I would give 4 stars, but since i'm kind and I don't want to mess their ratings up i'll give them 5. ONLY because it's noisy, early morning, counting register change and talking too loud, and too cold. But, service was great and kind staff.
