I went here to have 3 rings re-sized, including a 1.5 carat diamond with a platinum band that is a family heirloom. This was my first experience at a jeweler's shop and I had been told by everyone I know not to let my diamonds out of my sight. Well, the owner explained to me that I didn't need to worry about having my diamonds switched and proceeded to educate me and how I can identify my diamond. He took a lot of time to show me exactly what was unique about my diamond so that I wouldn't worry about having the ol' switcheroo pulled on me. He was very kind and patient even though I was initially paranoid about leaving my diamond heirloom in a stranger's hands. He made me feel very at ease and was extremely professional. One hour later all 3 rings were sized to perfection, polished and better than I had left them. Not only that, but his pricing is extremely reasonable and his work is superb. I paid exactly what he had originally quoted me. I can not recommend Jewelry by Meza enough. I had to put my trust in a stranger and he far exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Jewelry by Meza!
Went by today to get links taken out of a new watch. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Very personable service and very reasonable.
