I live in Canada. I always buy my jewellery for my business at this store. My customers always love the jewellery. I usually shop online, however I have visited the store before. The store has excellent customer service. The location is right in the heart of LA and very easy to find. the jewellery is of the highest quality I have ever seen. It also has good wholesale prices. I would without a doubt recommend this store to anyone looking for jewellery.

If I could this place zero stars I would! There is an older lady there always giving attitude to her customers and her employees!!!! We were the first set in the store to buy. They allowed more people in!! The old lady kicked us out!!! And yelling at her employees for helping the other people there! What a great way to run a business!!!

We have been to several locations looking for jewelry. We came to Oro Laminado and were helped by Jack. Jack was very attentive in answering and helping us make our decisions. He was very patient in letting us try a dozen plus rings for my brother. His exceptional service was amazing. He was also able provide us service on how to get pieces fixed that we have had passed down generations from our great grandparents to us. I would strongly encourage you when you are looking for jewelry for any of you or your family members or you to go to Oro Laminado and see Jack.

Horrible experience the owner is such a B she mistreated us like we were nothing specially my mom we found the place because we wanted to buy wholesale. She let only me in not my mom not my sister she said due to covid which is understandable so I said once I’m done can they come in to shop they said yes then when my mom went they told her to wait n kept kicking her out I got sooo mad cuz like I just spent money at your business and your mistreating my mom? Then another lady came in the store they didn’t tell her anything I was like why did you let her in and not my mom the owner busted oh she’s a client and is going to buy 10,000 worth ... I was In shock and got furious I said that’s not fair we been waiting we were here first she didn’t care to answer I told her that’s bad customer service you don’t know us.. you should not mistreat potential clients like this! She said I don’t care she sure didn’t little did she know we had big money to spend she looked at us like we’re nothing and let me tell you what’s worse she’s Hispanic and we are too you would think she would treat us with respect or at least be understanding but Nope her husband is white he seemed more flexible to new clients but once his wife stepped in he shut his Mouth I guess she wears the pants in the relationship. Also they rush you to buy so your not even comfortable choosing your items they are like hawks just watching you to see if you steal. And I also didn’t like how she treated her girl employees poor things they look scared of her I couldn’t believe this woman she’s a horrible boss, sales person, and owner. Never again for sure took my business elsewhere she is rude and just a B.

Very poor service and rude people. The first time I went they were busy and I was told to come back again during the week. I understood because I saw how busy they were. I went back during the week and when I went in to the store a lady yelled and said \we only sale by wholesale\. I knew that they only sold by wholesale, that is the reason I was there trying to buy gold. The owner was there looking and all he did was wall behind me all the way until I was out of the store. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I will never be going there again.
