VERY Personal and high quality service. We texted back and forth, he responded to me on the weekends and all sorts of hours and he was always there to answer questions and send pics back and forth as we planned the perfect ring! My fiance had my engagement ring custom made for me with Ryan and created a beautiful ring! Unfortunately, we found that with my job the ring was not the right fit (working in healthcare and constantly taking my gloves on and off, I was catching all the pave stones and was concerned they would eventually fall out) and I needed something more durable but still sparkly, feminine and delicate the way I had originally wanted. He came through with another custom ring and it is just absolutely perfect and the stones are safe! It fits perfect, everyone comments on its beauty and I love it from every angle I see it from. I have referred multiple friends to Ryan who are also going to him for repairs/replacements. I plan to get my wedding band (and future jewelry) from Ryan as well, and so does my friend :) THANK YOU RYAN.

I just received my new wedding ring today and I literally have been staring at it for the past 6 hours because it is SO GORGEOUS!!! Wow what an amazing center stone Ryan and Tanner picked out for us! They worked with our budget and exceeded our expectations. We could not be happier with the quality, service, or price. Highly recommend this jeweler if you want a gorgeous diamond!

Ryan.... owner of “Jewelry Replacement Source“ did a fantastic job on helping me design a custom ring for myself!! He makes you feel at ease making decisions on your custom piece and is wonderful with keeping you in the loop from the beginning to end! I ended up with a gorgeous ring and he ended up with a lifetime customer and friend!! I urge you to stop in and see him on your next jewelry purchase and I know he will not disappoint!! Big shout out to Ryan Riek for helping me put together the perfect ring for my fiancee.
