I took my Ram in for a wheel bearing replacement. Brad and the crew in the service department where great. They kept me in the loop and were very accommodating. Quick turn around on the job also. I was expecting to pay out of pocket, but Brad said that it was covered by the warranty. I will definitely use them again.

My husband and I were shopping around the area for a newer vehicle and stopped by Jim Riehl's to take a look. Calvin was so helpful when it came to questions about what vehicle we wanted. He was also patient with our changing work schedule and kept an open line of communication which helped in the process of buying a vehicle. Calvin was honest with us and told us what he thought would be better suited for our needs, instead of trying to sell us a bigger and more expensive vehicle based on what we told him we were looking for. We test drove a 2020 Jeep and liked it, but Calvin found us another vehicle to try out, same model - same year, with a few more features for a better price. We liked the second vehicle even better! I will always suggest this place before all others to anyone looking for a car and will always pass Calvin's name along with it. I am so happy with the service here and the vehicle I got!

My husband and I just purchased a 2017 ram 1500...first and foremost..it is CLEAN inside and out! This is the first time I've ever been to a used car lot and ALL the cars looked like new! Now as for the salesman Calvin Nurmikko...he was AMAZING! He was very personable. We love that he wasn't pushy, he didn't make us feel overwhelmed AND he was willing to go the extra mile to ensure we got the financing we needed. This is the first time i've ever been to a car dealership where everyone was nice...and although the drive was an hour away...we will be taking that drive for now on...any vehicle we get from here on out will ABSOLUTELY be through them...Thanks again Calvin-Stone-Cold-Steve-Austin! If I could give Calvin and his finance team 1000 stars I would. I was in desperate need of a vehicle and found one on what thought was the website to only the Washington location but the Chrysler 300s that I wanted was actually at there Lapeer location. My car that I currently drove was dying and would make it to the other location. So Calvin got my credit app started and then skipped his lunch to go pick it up for me so I could have it that day before my 3 o'clock appointment. I am in retail and I know what customer service is and this was nothing short of spectacular. The entire staff made me feel welcome and at ease even though the rest of my life isn't going great right now. I highly recommend Calvin Nurmikko to anyone looking for a vehicle. Just incredible.
