I actually really like the sort it was well laid-out it was very clean the stuff wasn't really helpful or really nice. But the store was exceptionally clean the floor plan was well put together parking lot parking lot with clean parking with great throws accessible well planned out store I am I thought

I've never seen so many people trying to make sure that I felt comfortable in the store and the show me what was on sale what was the. Things that were out of stock in when's it going to come back in so I can go there and pick it up. I must say this particular visit the customer service was outstanding detailed and went some extra time to make sure I understood everything I need to know about the material and what it would do after I bought it and when I tried it sew it. Thanks again for the confident that you showed me that I could do it and how to do it greatly appreciated.

Great new prototype store. Amazing staff and fun grand opening! Ballon artist created an octopus and the rose from Beauty and the Beast! Made pattern weights at a make and take event. So much fun!!

Petra the quilting instructor is the Best. Her patience and her kindness is a breath of fresh air. I would recommend her for teaching anyone the long arm quilting machine. She makes feel comfortable. I would like to thank her for everything she did. I travel from another town to go to joanns for the kindness they show all there customers.
