Very appreciative of Job Train. The CNA program is such a wonderful one. Xavier RN, the instructor is wonderful I really enjoyed getting my certificate here. Even with COVID restrictions he made our class bond and I got to meet some great classmates. Forever grateful!!!! Thank you JobTrain

Jobtrain and chef adam saved my life. Such positivity and love in this building. Teach you everything needed to get and keep a job. From interview skills, to how to write a resume, and everything in between.

Terrible service. It is sad how a non profit dedicated to helping people has turned into business. It is apparent the thirst in the organization when you walk let in the door they are trying to see if they can sign you up for a class or an add on so they can get funding. I am glad I attended here when it was OICW because now this building and the spirit I remember it had is a shell of it's self. I really hope they get better people here or upper management can improve this before it is completely gone and just a vocational in the community instead of a community organization that offers vocational services. Good luck to anyone that needs help

Worse place ever to attend to try and get a acheivment recconision! Shannon And Geetika are the worse staff there specially if you have a disability Geetika is not sensitive to that and she will make a fool out of you infront of othe class mates! Shannon follows Geetika foot steps! They are very discouraging and for get they work in a proverty community and don’t know how to handle certain situations and look down upon you if you have less than them! Geetika brags about living in a gated community across the bridge and how she has a two story house and how her son will never have to struggle! She doesn’t believe in disability she just believes you not willing to learn! She doesn’t understand the definition of a disability and once Geetika start have doubts about you she will make sure she shares it with Shannon so she can feel the same! I think this whole organization needs to be looked at! And possibly trained in how to teach and work in a proverty community’s. Geetika is also really messy and she need to understand in proverty areas a lot of violence happens and they are trying to gentrification East Palo Alto/Menlo Park but how can they do so when Geetika is causing problems between other students and she feels like she is just evening blunt. If I could just give my explanation and no stars I would do so I really feel like the donators so look into this organization from a students perspective before donating anymore to disfuncunctional organization. I finished my course and still didn’t get a certificate so that was 10,000 wasted down the drain. They had no legit reason for not giving me a certificate. This class always have issues one of the messys course there and it doesn’t help when the teacher Geetika plays a part in it!
