JOHNHOUSHMAND Reviews | Rating 4 out of 5 stars (1 reviews)

JOHNHOUSHMAND is located in Hobart, United States on 3777 Narrow Notch Rd. JOHNHOUSHMAND is rated 4 out of 5 in the category architect in United States. At JOHNHOUSHMAND, we are dedicated to the eternity of trees and embrace the singularity of nature. Our collection of urban organic furniture is a celebration of the natural and vital, fusing together the basic elements of nature with timeless materials and esoteric design sensibility. The success of the work revolves around the balance of precise and high-risk intervention with the art of minimal intrusion. By engaging the basic elements of wood, glass and metal, each piece is individually handcrafted to heighten and unveil their splendor. Challenging the division between fine art and function, John strives to provide an elevated view of nature's vibrant intensity through the ironic earthly beauty of each unique piece. The philosophy we believe in is succinct, but profound: We allow grains to spill. We love crumbling bark. We welcome wormholes. We allow trees to do the talking. We simply listen. All of this wood inspired the idea of making pieces that look like they are wood slabs, but are in fact made out of contemporary materials. For example, we also do pieces in Cast Aluminum and Cast Acrylic that mimic live edge wood as well as our signature glass cocktail tables. Our most recent pieces are using Petrified Wood, Acrylic and Marble to elevate our ideas to yet another dynamic opportunity.
