Rude, unprofessional, unethical and made my psych issues MUCH MUCH MUCH worse when I called on the verge of a nervous breakdown.....again. The staff put me in the state I was calling to prevent then put a falsified document in my records because they were more concerned about their feelings than there patient. The \supervisor \ was the worst one by far. Sad excuse for medical care, especially mental health. Had I been suicidal most likely I would have done it. That is the Gods honest truth. I was completely off the deep end after I talked to the \supervisor\. That's also the Gods honest truth. An embarrassment to modern medicine and I'm filing a formal complaint to Va department of medicine. This treatment of mental illness is unacceptable and totally unethical. Not near the first experience I've had like that.

Love my doctor, and the care I've received has been adequate, but the customer service is not great. I've called the office before and when the lady didn't know the answer to my question she hung up on me! Recently I called in with a time sensitive question and had to schedule a call back. When I was called back and explained my circumstance, the lady sent me back to the automatic main menu. I would give this health center a better rating, but the customer service has not met the most basic standards needed for 5 stars.

My wife and son come here for check ups. Nothing bad to say about the doctors. At least Dr. Overby has given us a wonderful experience. However, customer service (the receptionists) are very rude. We only come here because our primary doctor makes it worth coming. Please, I request you switch up your receptionist to individuals who actually care for people and desire to meet their needs.

1. Last week On Thursday I called my doctor to have my nuva ring Rx refilled. They said they did. Nothing at CVS 2. The following day I had CVS send in the request Denied. It’s now officially the weekend so I have to wait til Monday but I have an appointment Tuesday so I’ll wait. 3. Monday I had a voicemail from the office saying to wait and talk to my new obgyn because he was new to me and I had a pap the following day, okay fine 4. Tuesday I had the pap. Afterward I’m waiting for the text notification from CVS about my Rx. Never got one I’m getting nervous because I have to insert this new one at 4 pm TODAY 5. I call yesterday (Wednesday) and I am told that the nurse was in with a patient and will call me back No one called me back. 6. Last night I sent a message to my in the app figuring he could see it first thing in the morning but apparently he’s not even in the office today. I called and they said that I will have to wait for him to be back in even though he’s recovering from surgery and who knows how long that will take So now I have been trying for a whole week just to get a prescription refilled. I’m beyond raging at this point. I’ve never had a single bad experience at Johnson health center until now. Update: they said they got another doctor to refill my prescription. At least it’s finally done but not without a week of worry and stress and me having a mental breakdown on the phone
