We attended the Retirees Reunion here. Good for updates on how our National Guard is performing and catching up with old friends. They have info on retiree benefits, plus an interesting museum, a PX and demonstrations on new equipment.
This was the best training center I have ever seen. We came from MD and had never seen a NG location as well kept as this place. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to train and offer all of themselves.
This is a beautiful building. The venue is at the end of the huge soaring hallway. All of the military decorations are displayed along the walls. Beginning with the Medal of Honor. The space is larger than the Kum and Go theater, set in the round for this, my First Opera! The show was intense and outstanding from the start. They have TV's displaying the words which helped so much.
