I've been coming here since I was small. For what it is, its what you would come to expect out of a quick care clinic. The lab is nice, the more adult screening area is nice and the people that work there are also nice to deal with. The wait time is long, but that's pretty normal. I've usually had to wait an hour or so, not too pressed about it due to limited staffing. Anything I've had to get done here was very professional and thorough and nobody felt like they were forced to be there. I've been coming for years and I'll more than likely continue coming for future years. Thank you for your services to the staff there!

I've been to quick care several times in the past month. Randy assisted everytime I was there and I wish I could remember doctors names. But I seen 3 and all 3 were amazing and great bedside manner. Best service ever! Thank you

This place should take the words “Urgent Care” our of their title. “Snail Care” would be much more appropriate. They take appointments , which is good, but it is a the expense of those in dire need. A local Dupage Medical doctor recommended this place instead of hospital emergency, but I guess only because he is a member of the organization. It has taken two ours for our patient to get in because the “scheduled appointments” go ahead of the emergencies. Recommend the Hospital first!

I had an appt at 1015am for a repack of an abscess from Friday i arived at 1020 and was put in a room at 1025. I sat and waited 45 min in the room after the nurse came to take vitals. I could hear the drs and nurses talking about who was next and it was just me and another patient who needed an xray. I heard my nurse say it was just a repack then the dr said ok ill go to room 19 first then my room. Well after she finished with 19 she went to another room and i decided what was the point of an appointment if i wasnt gonna be seen within 30 min of the appointment so i decided to leave and then another nurse stopped me and i told them the issue and they were like oh your next. Everytime i go to Edwards or Dupage the only time they jump to help you is when you get ready to walk out. I ended up going to Emediate Care in Shorewood and was able to get in and out in less than 45 min

I told the nurse I saw I was having an anxiety attack and that I would like to leave. She detained me and kept trying to apply the blood pressure cuff. I had to tell her several times to leave me alone and not to touch me and she kept insisting, touching me and trying to apply the cuff. I am extremely unhappy with my experience here. And felt my personal being was violated.
