My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Cliff this morning, we needed a check up on our whole AC and heating System at our home, ( UV bulb, thermostat installed as well) in Cibolo. He was on time, very very thorough, clean and efficient. The experience was great. He installed a Google Nest thermostat for us. Which will help us with our bill and Went through all our options in making our system run smooth for the summer to come. Thank you cliff for such a great experience!! just awesome.

My Jon Wayne service representative Andrew provided excellent customer service, as well as maintenance to my heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system. He arrived on time. He was both courteous and informative during the visit. He exercised social distancing while on the call and wore foot coverings while inside the home. He also worked diligently on my system. I am now confident my system is working at its best! Jon Wayne has a valuable asset in Andrew. I am pleased with the service I received today and would recommend this company and any alike service reps such as Andrew for the many services they offer. Thank you!

Made an appointment from 4pm to 6pm. I get a phone call from the office at 5:20 pm, saying that they won’t be able to make it. Because, they were restoring power to other customers. I guess I’m not important enough to even have an estimate. It just sounded bogus. Since CPS restores power, not Jon Wayne! They should’ve came up with a better excuse to than that. I took time off of work to make this appointment and this is not acceptable. First impressions are everything to me. A very bad first impression. As a business man my self I ensure to hold our company and associates to high standards. No excuse Jon Wayne, no excuse!!!
