I needed a sympathy plant delivered to a funeral home within hours. I called One Rose Florist b/c it came up on a list of local florists in the area of the funeral home. The person I spoke to was polite & very willing to help me & ensured the plant would be delivered & it was! The funeral home confirmed 'a beautiful Peace Lilly' had been delivered as requested. This meant so much to our family in this time of COVID-19 when we can't be together to grieve. Thanks One Rose Florist & God Bless! :-)

The arrangement looked like it came from someones yard. More greenery than flowers and half of the flowers were broken.
Flowers weren’t very fresh. There was more “garnish” than flowers. Even the water wasn’t fresh.
I walked in and the only employee I saw kept his back to me. The arrangement was good. Upon asking for a modification of the arrangements I immediately got resistance and was lied to about why my request couldn't be granted. I immediately asked for a refund and took my business elsewhere. I would drive past and give another florist a try.
What was ordered vs what was delivered... order was delivered a day late. When it was delivered it was 4 almost completely closed sunflowers and a bunch of greenery. Now I understand not looking like the image online but they should be ashamed of this. When we called to complain they only offered a partial refund- even though I personally was going to return them
