Even just in one class I learn lots! Very rewarding, and great teaching. You get pared with all different people in class, and every one of them, even the students are great teachers. Looking for some self-defense or fitness, then 5 stars recommended!

My son has been going here for years and a member of the Kama Competition Team. Kama is not just a Dojo, it is where you become family. Kama has taught my son discipline, character and self confidence. The instructors, such as Jayce but not limited to, show great leadership, informative, down to earth, great with the kids and fun!

Great place for kids to learn work ethic, responsibility, and respect. The staff are professional and know what they are talking about!!! The kickboxing classes are super fun too!!!! Love this place!!!!! Would recommend to Any and everyone!!!

Love this place! Everyone there is outstanding. They are patient and kind and teach many valuable lessons! My kiddo has been attending there for quite some time now and we can definitely see a difference in his progress! He is also learning about things such as respect and hard work and perseverance!
