I am completely impressed with the time spent with me answering all my questions about purchasing a new appliance. Since I came in on a Saturday, their delivery day, a call was made to see if the delivery team would be finished early, whether they could fit my delivery in, and they did. The follow-through to make sure I had my new appliances was much appreciated. The whole process was uncomplicated, and the kindness of the store employees is many times a rarity in this world today. I highly recommend this business.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this was by far one of the best shopping experiences I have had in a very long time. I felt no pressure at any time, rather felt welcomed and as if he was invested in finding what worked best for ME! It felt more like talking to a new friend than a sales person. Delivery was arranged completely at my convenience, and the first question asked when they arrived was if I had any furniture they could move for me! Who does that any more?! August 1, 2020, I bought a new bed from Mardick's. The salesman, Jim, was very kind and patient. Even when faced with multiple questions, some of them were repeated too. Very much a gentleman. August 8th another gentleman, Doug, delivered the bed. He was actually a few minute early, unheard of in my world, and was in and out in about 20 minutes. Bed was all set up and he took all the trash with him, including my old bed. Very nice people, good quality furniture, and pretty reasonable. Thank you for making this major purchase a little easier on me. God bless.
