Amazing!!! Great place to camp right down by the water. The owner is professional and keeps the place nice and clean. No noisy neighbors or ruckus at night it's very peaceful. If you enjoy the outdoors and camping or RV trips you should definitely check this place out its definitely worth it!!!!

This is probably one of the best kept secrets of Southwest Missouri.... Whether you want to camp for a weekend or a few months , you want to go fishing or tubing, hang out on the beach or the gravel bar, swing from the rope swing into the water or just relax in the evening with a few cold ones and good friends around a campfire, Riverside Campground has everything to have a great time, and the staff to make sure everything goes off without a hitch. We have been here about two months now in our 35 foot travel trailer. Sites are pretty easy pull thru or back in. The road that leads down into the campground may look a little rough but it's not as bad as it looks and once past that 10 foot stretch it is pretty good roads...from The Falls to the campground is about an hour and a half to two hours float trip... Great for a before lunch run and after lunch float trip . Plenty of bass and crappie in the pond, my wife caught quite a few the other night. Cannot say enough about this place ... Just really really happy with our decision to stay here while we are in Joplin.. check out the pics!!

Great place to fish and have waterside fun. There are no sandy areas and it's mostly rocks and gravel on the beach but ample space so that you have enough room to pick a spot along the river. There is a rope swing and ladder in the lake section. There are restrooms but you will need to bring your own toilet paper and toiletries as none are supplied. There are also no store amenities so make sure you bring what you need. Great place to spend a day.
