Outstanding customer service and especially after hours. Came home to the internet out, wife and kids mad... called the number and a tech named Adam answered. Super friendly and professional. Had me fixed up and going in less than 5 min. He was funny, knew exactly what he was doing, and made the dreaded call very pleasant. Best after hours experience I’ve EVER had with a service provider. If you’ve ever dealt with AT&T or any of those others, you know what I’m talking about. Adam, thank you sir!

Feel like the only reason most people stay with them is because they live where fiber is an option or because it's the only option. When you pay for 20mpbs and they bump you to 50mbps for all the trouble, but you still only get 5mbps, there's a clear issue. For reference, my phone on 2 bars gets 12mbps with 4G. It's 2020 and there's no excuse to provide internet this slow, ESPECIALLY when your customers pay for more. On top of that it's about the least secure internet I've ever used. Had to buy a VPN just to game safely without getting attacked with DDOS attacks. I mean the worst part is when they promise to come back out the next day with a new CAT5 cable and I find myself buying one myself and installing it myself because they can't be bothered to keep their promise. Can't even have the courtesy to call us and tell us they can't make it. Tired of resetting my modem and antenna daily just to watch a movie or play a game. It shouldn't be this difficult.

Worst internet provider I've ever had and nothing has ever been fixed properly. I might as well be paying to not have internet. Spectrum needs to come to joshua.

From the first call to the install they were responsive and thorough. We are new to Joshua and since I work from home good internet connection is a must. My closing on our new home was delayed, yet they still worked hard to meet our schedule. As I logged in today I was so happy with the speed of my internet connection and on my skype meeting today, my supervisor even commented how crisp my voice was! I was hoping for good quality, we got GREAT quality!
