I have used Joy Ride many times to pick up customers and bring to our office and they have been great! Patrick has been the driver for most of those pick ups and he has been great! I will continue to use them whenever we have customers in town and would recommend them :)

Had a great driver named Patrick. He was very quick and courteous. Opened the doors for us too! Had a driver ride along which was fine and we all had a fun conversation about movies all the way to our destination. Definitely recommend. Will be using these services again.
I'm totally blind and have used this application several times this past week and It has opened up so many doors for me to be able to do things. It has given me more freedom and independents as a blind/visually impaired person. There drivers have all been great and patient with me sense I can't see anything at all. Wonderful service!!!!!! would recommend them to anyone. I'm going to recommend them to all of my friends.

I've actually known the owner of Joy Ride for years on a professional basis, and when I heard that he was starting his own taxi service, I knew that he'd do well at it. He's always shown an exceptionally high degree of professionalism, a dedication to hard work, and an "above and beyond" level of courteous customer service. After knowing about Joy Ride for quite a while, I finally had a need for their services recently. I sent them a text and received a response back almost immediately. It was extremely easy to schedule the ride. The service was exactly as I'd hoped: Prompt, friendly, and reliable. The vehicle was clean and the driver was fantastic. Plus, I was very pleased with the pricing. I can't say enough good things about the experience, and when I hear any of my friends saying that they need a taxi in Tulsa, Joy Ride is the only taxi/transit company that I recommend.
Joy Ride has been the most excellent experience I have ever had with a taxi service. They are very punctual and organized. You receive live updates via text regarding where your cab is located, a GPS link to track your cab, along with links to the driver's Facebook page. My own driver, Patrick, is a kind and articulate young man who is eager to make conversation if you desire. I strongly recommend Joy Ride Transit and Patrick, in particular. My wife has been very ill, and as I am in Houston, I arranged with Patrick to have him pick up a floral gift from a store and deliver it in person to her door. She loved the surprise. At a time when she needed a pick-me-up, when there was no florist willing to make a delivery, some not even on a Saturday, Patrick was brilliant, even taking a photo of the flowers and sending it to me to show what he delivered.
