My son bought a Gi from Judo Gear in early August that was 225. It was too small so he ordered another size. When that one came it was also not fitting correctly in the arm pits so we ordered a 3rd and sent the other 2 back. The 3rd one is fine and we kept it , but I still have not received my refund of 450. for the first 2 Gi's. I called and left messages at least 4 times, my son had emailed and his girlfriend also sent a message . I will be contacting the BBB if I do not receive my refund. as well as paypal. I have the tracking numbers which I have left numerous times on an answering machine When I call Judo gear no one ever answers and it goes to a recording of a man. I want my refund of 450. asap . Very unhappy with this unprofessional service. MY son trains with a world champion Judo coach and if this does not get resolved we will be sharing with everyone he competes and trains with not to buy from this company. Please give me the courtesy get in touch with me today.

I bought a Judo suit and belt with total more than 200 from them. The package has been shipped by UPS. UPS end up lost my package. I filed a claim with UPS and called Judo Gear for help on the next day. A week later, UPS told me that sender have to contact them to finish investigation and solve the issue. I call Judo Gear again several times a day until today but they never answer the phone or reply any email I sent. This company is not willing to help me on the issue. Very disappointed on their service.
