I started off with general questions, received prompt replies with suggestions (no puffing, hypes, hard sell) Looking over the information with time to think (and yes, explore other options for purchase) I felt that putting my trust into this company would alleviate any skepticism. I even decided to go for an upgrade in my initial choice because their prices are so good. Count me as a fan of George's Music. Shortly before Christmas, I ordered a mini acoustic guitar, gear bag, and tuner from them, requesting that it arrive before Christmas. Tall order; they are in George, me in LA. The people there couldn't have been nicer in trying to accommodate my wish during the hectic Holiday time crush. Lo and behold, the shipment arrived early, everything in perfect condition. On top of that, they regularly followed up. Grade-a merchandise combined with superb customer service puts this music shop @ the top of my list.
GREAT SERVICE! Someone was assigned to my order that personally called me to make sure everything was correct. He had a lot of information and answered all our questions. 10/10 would recommend this place. Our shipping and taxes were included in the price listed which was super nice. It was shipped all the way to Utah and it is perfect condition.
