Awesome rides. Good service. Super fun rides. Super friendly staff, and helpful. Great fun that'll be a little bit of exercise included. Always a blast. Definitely returning,enjoyed it as well. Tight turns in chicanes that is followed by some wide open throttle sections. Good for learning technical driving and passing. I wish course was slightly larger at this location. Food not available at this time due to restrictions. Nonetheless, good fun for all!

How can I start this? Ok, so we purchased tickets online to race and when we arrived to the location (Arlington location) we were told that we would have to purchase a membership to be able to race. Why was I able to purchase the tickets if we required a membership? And why is it mandatory to have one? Not only that, but there are barely any benefits at all to having one! We requested a refund, and the lady in the front told us to speak to the manager as he would be able to give us the refund. We speak to the manager, and he tells us that they DO NOT do refunds at the location and that WE WOULD NEED TO EMAIL his assistant to MAKE SURE she gets the refund request that he would send her, so they could cut us a check and have it sent to us within 3-5 business days. Whatever, we went back home and followed thru with the email. We send an email to the person he gave us and wait, he gave us the wrong email. I tried calling but we have to leave a DETAILED MESSAGE so they could call us back (let's be real, they wouldn't have called us back). We drove another 15 minutes again to the location, and the manager gave us the \correct\ name (hopefully it is, we will find out soon) and apologized. I understand that these things are out of the employees hands, BUT JESUS CHRIST WHAT KIND OF ARCHAIC, ANCIENT SYSTEM ARE THEY WORKING WITH!!! You would think a company as big as K1 racing would AT LEAST BE ABLE TO ISSUE A REFUND AT THE LOCATION! All I can say is, I will not be returning and if they're cryptic system isn't updated anytime soon, I can guarantee that they will not be making the money they should be making, ever.

Ok these go karts go fast! My father in law, husband, 11 yr old and I all raced and had a blast! The employees were great at explaining everything and making sure we stayed safe. We will definitely be back.

Omg, so much fun. We had a BLAST. We did a party for my 16 year old and took the 8 year old and everyone had fun. We had some wrecks (by we I mean me) andI'm so damn sore and bruised today, but it was so worth it. The staff was awesome and made it even more fun for us. 100% recommend

Very clean and consistent sanitation is being applied. Staff was helpful and solved account transfer issues. Carts were also well maintained compared to other locations we have visited.
