I had the absolute best time at every single trip I took with the Jack's Diving crew! I went out on 5 different charters with them, one of each of their trip: the manta ray night dive, the pelagic magic, their classic morning and advanced trip. Every captain, dive instructor and dive master went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable on the boat and during the dives - they even made sure we didn't go to a dive site I'd already been to, to make sure I could also get new sites every time. Super friendly, knowledgeable, laid back yet spot on. Would highly recommend diving with them - thank you again and I can't wait to come back to dive with all of you!

This crew is the BEST crew I've ever been diving with!!!! Keller is full of great jokes and energy and does his best to keep people warm and comfortable!!! Plus, what other boat has a strobe light and a hot shower?! ;) seriously if I could give this place 10 stars I would!!! And of course the dive was amazing :)
This store has practically everything for divers and snorklers. From essential equipment you need for a dive to clothing, sunglasses, cameras and fashion accessories. I found here what other dive shops didn't have. The customer service was excellent too. Check out my pics it will give you an idea of what they carry.
Jack's Diving Locker provided me with a fantastic experience! On the "classic" scuba boat dive, the captain, crew, and dive masters created a fun and safe environment for everyone. They provided full service with our BCDs and gear, along with briefs on each dive site and lunch in-between the dives. The dive master was quite knowledgeable about where to look for interesting coral and creatures and they shared stories that enhanced my experience of the trip. I felt cared for and attended-to by the dive master while under water, yet happily also allowed the freedom to wander and "do my own thing". Hot showers were even available aboard following each dive! Friends who live on the island recommended Jack's as their favorite outfit for scuba excursions, and I can see why. I was a novice diver and my partner is quite experienced, and we both found this to be an enjoyable and well-run experience.

Great, friendly and helpful staff! We did the manta ray dive (I did the dive, wife did the snorkel) and it was fantastic! It's a "must do" while at Big Island. Jack's might not be the lowest priced tour, but you definitely get your money's worth with them and the gear and staff are top-notch. I did the refresher pool dive (highly recommend this if it's been awhile since your last scuba dive, and got some great gear recommendations from the staff for mask and snorkel. The boat crew on the manta dive was great and had lots of jokes. We'll be back someday!

Oh my what a trip. Went out with Jack's on 1/8/21 so my wife could scuba and I and 3 others snorkeled. It is totally the staff that make a trip like this enjoyable and the staff were totally enthusiastic, talented and enjoyable. We saw so many things in one trip including Oceanic white tipped sharks, turtles, flounder and finally a long swim with a 20 foot whale shark. These guys are great, we'll always remember this trip.
