We LOVE the Cats Meow Inn! Our first boarding experience was in June 2016 & we've been a devoted client since then. The cats only facility plus spacious kitty condos were what initially sold me, but honestly the comfort I have knowing that Edith (our furbaby) is being well cared for when we're away is priceless. Having boarded Edith many times over the years she always returns home her same self , just happy to see us but never seeming stressed or with any health concerns. I thank Heather for her rigorous protocols to ensure the health of all her clients.

My partner and I need to travel out of the island for a much-needed change of scenery, and this was my first time boarding my kitty. We figured sending our kitty to a place where she can receive attention and constant care is better than leaving her alone at home and having a friend drop by a few minutes every day. Heather was very responsive and guided me through the process. Everything runs smoothly. When we were away, Heather routinely send us updates and photos of my kitty, from which I can tell she (my kitty) is truly relaxed and feeling safe. From our interactions, I can tell Heather and Jamie are not only professional and good at what they are doing, they are also kind and true cat-lovers. Knowing that we have a team of dedicated and true cat lovers care for our kitty gave us peace of mind when we were away. I am very glad that I found the Cat’s Meow Inn and feeling grateful that there is such a place at the island to serve us.
What a great find, so thankful that we had such a wonderful place to send our little Felix. Received photos on a regular basis to keep us updated on his stay at The Cat's Meow Inn. Made the kids really comfortable knowing that their kitty was having fun and enjoying his stay. Thanks for everything. We would highly recommend to anyone that wants a great pace for their cat to stay.
My experience with Heather at The Cat’s Meow Inn was perfect! My cat was in a large, comfortable space, had play time, bird TV and constant care. I got daily pictures to see how he was doing, and if I had any questions I would get a response ASAP. I highly recommend taking your cat here if you want loving care for your cat while you’re gone!
Taking my baby to the The Cat’s Meow Inn was the best decision ever. Heather was amazing and kept me updated on my kitty’s vaycay. Seeing how comfortable and happy he was took any worries away. I will definitely be bringing him back for future travels! 10/10 would recommend!
I can not say enough about how amazing the Cats’ meow inn was, as well as Heather and Jaime. I had to leave town with less than 24 hrs notice for a family emergency on the mainland and Heather was able to accommodate both of my kitties as well as make arrangements with the vet to make sure that they were both up to date on the requirements needed for boarding. The amount of professionalism that was exhibited as I was trying to make arrangements to get to the mainland in a short time was amazing. Then during my time away I was getting constant updates and pictures of my babies to see how they were doing. You can tell the amount of love and effort that goes into this business and can tell it is so much more than a business. I am so happy I chose Heather and Jamie to car for my cats and will never let them go anywhere else when I have to leave them. I was able to handle my family emergency without the worry of my babies being cared for and it meant the world to me. I highly highly recommend The Cats Meow Inn.
I don't even know where to start. AMAZING. Heather does such an excellent job watching and taking care of cats. I was going away for a week and needed a place I could trust that my cat Kingston would not be stressed and that I myself would not be worried. I didn't want him to be locked in cage for days on end like at a kennel. Sometimes humans forget our pets feel stress just as much as we do especially when you can't communicate you'll only be gone for a few days. Heather gave me updates on how my cat was doing and I knew that he was in good hands. So lucky to have found this place and support a local business. Do yourself and your cat a favor if you have to leave the island and let them stay at the Cat's Meow Inn. They will be shown love and caring. The prices are super reasonable and you can go on vacation knowing your cat is having their own little relaxing vacation. I can not say enough good things about this place. Even when I took my cat to the vet to get some preliminary measures before check-in, everyone at the vet clinic had nothing but praises for Heather's business. Literally everyone there raved about The Cat's Meow Inn. Now if that isn't a good sign I don't know what else to tell you lol. Thank you again Heather!
I can't say enough about Heather and The Cat's Meow Inn. From my first conversation with Heather to the day I picked up my Kitty, it has been extremely positive. Heather is kind, generous, and has a wealth of information she happily shares. She helped me find a good vet to get my Kitty spayed, while not breaking the bank. She always made herself available and went out of her way to assist me with any issues/challenges that arose. She appears to work day and night to make sure her clients and their fur babies are cared for properly. She makes you feel like you're her only client and does whatever it takes to help you. I felt so comfortable during my Kitty's stay and wasn't worried at all. Heather sent me pics and text to keep me updated and treated my Kitty like a princess. Would recommend her and this business without hesitation.
