Been going to Kalmar for years, now we have our Grand kids coming up, love this place ! David the owner is great, has anything you need ...Lobster pots, extra beach toys just go and enjoy. Bike to Ptown 10 mins !

This is a great place to bring a family or to just hide away on your own. The staff is amazing, helpful and friendly. Be sure to ask them for something you forgot before you go buy a new one. The pool has just been redone and is a delight and a refreshing change of pace from the beach. The beach is on the bay side and is great to take a walk on or swim from. They have a fire pit and lots of guest seating on the beach. They have two great grass courtyard that you can play Cornhole, soccer or catch on. They have laundry on site, and if you need to feed a bunch of friends they have a grill or two you can borrow. Trailer parking is available, just let them know your bringing one. Our family adnd friends love Kalmar Village and highly recommend it!

Super friendly and helpful staff. If you forgot something, ask they will probably be able to help. Super clean. Immaculately kept grounds, great beachfront with boardwalk, bonfire pit, and did I mention the pool... it's the best of both worlds, beach and pool! Have a trailer? Call a head they likely have a spot for it.

My family loved the beach and having such close access to it! The manager is super friendly and gave us a dried out horseshoe crab after hearing about us catching one and knowing my kids loved it and it means soooo much to us especially being our first time at Cape Cod!! We caught a live one while swimming in the ocean!! It was a stroke of luck we were able to stay the night due to a cancelled place!! Will def be back!!
