Bill Kane of Kane PC was so helpful at setting up my new computer. I knew that it was time to upgrade my business computer but I dreaded the thought of moving over my applications and information. In the past, I had printing, connectivity and software issues when I have had to do this, but Bill made it look easy and my transfer went seamlessly. Bill Kane and his team just completed a project in my office. Bill is fair, flexible and honest. His team is professional. We are repeat customers because we have found Bill Kane to be reliable. I believe they offer a one year warranty on their work, in case there are any issues. I haven't had any major issues come up yet (knock on wood!), but I feel that his team would be there for me if something came up. Bill Kane has always been willing to answer my once in a while support questions over text or phone call. Bill Kane is also nice person. My schedule is tight, so I when it comes to getting work done, I need to get it done right the first time. This is the third time we've used Bill Kane, and he's come through again and again.
