Batts Communications is the most honest and down-to earth company I have dealt with! Rich is absolutely awesome in his knowledge and ability to talk to you where you understand the business lingo! I recommend them to anyone looking for new or updating their phone system!

Rich always is quick to respond and help us figure out any issues we may have. Our transfer to our new system went very smoothly and he continues to be available when needed.
Batts Communications has been doing data/fiber cabling projects for the Kansas City VA Medical Center for a few years now, they have always been prompt and on time, worked from start to finish in a timely manor, meeting our hospitals requirements and special needs, having to adjust their scheduling, often on a moments notice, around our constantly changing scheduling needs.
All the folks in this office are super helpful and responsive. Kyle is very knowledgable and patient with those of us who are not. Batts has my highest recommendation.
