I love coming here for their #5 Siciliano sandwich! They always give great fast high-quality service. This little spot is definitely another River Market treasure. In the warmer months, I also recommend checking out their seasonal grill on weekends!

We had a cute lunch date here! Cheap fresh food with real ingredients. We got a Philly Cheese Steak, it was deliciously fresh and served on super tasty bread. Definitely a specific Italian taste in it.

I can't go home for Christmas this year so I wanted to make some of the dishes that I'm use to. They had all the supplies I needed!! Very friendly staff, even when I accidentally started mixing my olives into one container. The gentleman at the counter was perfectly nice about it and helped me correct my mistake. Definitely will be back for more cooking supplies and yummy snacks!

I'm not from KCMO and was happy to find Carollo's. I found just what I needed to make my recipes for my family that does live here. At the meat and cheese counter they were very helpful and asked very specifically how I needed my choices cut. Great groceria Italiano! It is in a cool International area that I'm anxious to explore more on future visits to KC.

I’ll from Connecticut where authentic Italian delis are on every block- so when I moved here I searched and Carollo’s is thee only place that has the best Italian style sandwiches, and their deli meats and cheese are to die for, and they make their Italian sausage to perfection! I love this place!
