Great place! Relatively inexpensive. The benefit is that you get all the same stuff you'd have to normally order online but you don't pay shipping. They have clay, underglazes, studio rentals, and more!

I retried from Westport Roanoke community center my dealings with them has been OUTSTANDING in excess for over 8 years from their beginning. They have maintained their excellence while expanded. My former students and I are continuing their services.
Very helpful in choosing the kiln that met our needs. Failed miserably at following up and ensuring we received the product. We were given several non-answers when calling to find out where our kiln was several weeks after the estimated ship date. Then there was more run around after we were notified it had shipped and two weeks went by without delivery. We had to call the kiln manufacturer weeks after the promised date just to get it shipped to us. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this company to anyone.
They were very friendly and helpful. Also very knowledgeable. It was worth the 3 1/2 hour drive
Absolutely horrible service. We have been buying large quantities of slip from this company for years. The service has gotten worse by the month. Employees will tell you one thing and the next time you call they will tell you another. This last time we waited OVER a month for slip we were Told we would get the next week. Than when we go to pick it up we are told we will have to load it ourselves. And it's not where you can back up to it. They have a bunch of junk they are calling art in the way. When asked if we could use their fork lift to load the pallet the answer was no. Than even asking if we could use the manual pallet mover was more than they wanted to do! We have been long time customers and the way we have been treated I gaurantee you we will be looking for another company.
