Can't find a number and there is home ran business and they keep shutting down the power (yes bill is paid) looks like I'll have to talk to a lawyer about suing for lost wages!!

Terrible company. Been waiting for 3 weeks to have a meter installed on my brand new house. They know we have no other company to use, so they drag their heels and have little to no concern for us the paying customers .

This is getting ridiculous with all of the expensive bills. I never struggled to pay a utility bill until they kept hicking the rates. So mad! We should have more options cause this is robbery.

Our power was shut off, not their fault we forgot the bill. When we did pay we were told it would be back on the same day by 6 pm.. Finally after 10 hours at 9:30 pm they visit and inform us they cant turn it on because the box is bad. Which they declined to tell us when they turned it off. Now we are without any power till monday or tuesday. Not only this, but the entire time KCP&L has refused to hold any responsibility for not telling us about the bad box at 2pm when they initially came out. So we are paying for an electrician, have had no power in 90 degree weather since monday, and the woman was extremely rude. Awful company I wish we had literally any other options. I'd rather pay double than deal with them ever again.

My family owns a business downtown. With this being our livelyhood, we we're counting on a fruitful weekend at our restaurant during downtown days. Unfortunately, due to storms a power line is down across a driveway! It has been 1 and 1/2 days and it is STILL not repaired. People are walking under it and we STILL have NO power!
