Because I was treated so well here, I wanted to write a review. I'm truly shocked to see the negative reviews for Heartland Urgent Care. I am new to the area and for the first time had a severe reaction to bee stings. My face was extremely swollen, hives covered 90% of my body. I was immediately seen. Given great care by both nurses and the nurse practitioner. I felt really taken care of during a scary moment for me. Very clean environment as well.

I have been using Primary Care and Urgent for 3, almost 4 years now. After my last 2 visits at KCK Urgent Care..I will not return!! Dr's and NP's should really listen to a parents voice and not talk at them!! I bring my children to you for a reason and not listening is just going to negatively affect the kids and stress out the parents. I know you are medically trained....and it's time you know parents are life trained! We learn from every apmnt, every bump, every sickness, or any procedures done. Trust that a parent's voice needs to be heard. URGENT CARE does not listen to the parent's voice....so I say go elsewhere. Primary Care Amazing...use them!

Just went in for doctors note to return to work. As precautionary cause the flu. Seen nurse. Then someone posing as a doctor came in And said ...I quote. I cant give you a note your not sick. Told her for return to work. She said no I didnt examine you. I said I just paid 90 dollars at the desk to do that. Or is doing your job and examining me cost extra. After few choice word back and forth asked to leave gave me my money back. Guess this is there health care. My advice is not go there unless you want to die horrible service clueless doctors
