Can I give them a 0. BBB for us where I started. Very nice store but I had a problem lady wouldn't work with me and after calling for two weeks never handed to a manager or owner or resolved on top of getting hung up on everytime even recorded calls. Thank you for letting her go its to bad I live in Golden Colorado, We were just passing through on our way back from Greenfield, MO. I will give you 5 for firing her. Worst CS experience ever.

Erotic City is under new management as of May 2, 2019. The rude woman who would not test you device was removed from her employment with the company. If you ever had a bad experience with Erotic City please come back. We have been in business for 35 years, and our only goal is to have happy, satisfied customers! We aim to please. If I could give this store a BIG negative I would. It used to be a great, fun place to shop. I dont know who the rude, snot girl is thats manager now but, after my 2 experiences with her, I WILL NEVER step foot in the place again. All I asked her was if she could plug in an item that I planned to purchase so I could make sure it worked properly. I thought that was a reasonable request since the item cost over 100.00 and was not returnable. She refused and said she never had and didn't ever plan on it! I have been shopping here for 35 years! Never have I ever been treated so rude! She went as far as telling me she didn't care if I shopped at her store or not. Needless to say, I retract any of the nice things I've said and references I've given them. Go East down the road from this place to the Moonlight Boutique Adult Store where they are kind and you won't find any creeps lurking around the corner.
