I am extremely pleased with the finished product. The fence looks great and I am so happy to have a yard for my puppies. Mac's worked with us when we were adjusting our fencing needs and trying to get the fence exactly how we wanted and could afford. The only complaint I have is that the fence took almost 8 weeks when we were quoted about 4 weeks. This was frustrating, but I would have to say it was worth the wait. The crew was in and out in two days and with my husband and I both at work, we didn't even know they were there except the fact there was a fence at the end of day two. We are so happy with the fence, it is beautiful!
If I could give this company 10 stars, I would because they were that good. The estimate and bid were reasonable and timely even after the specifications were revised several times. Their start and completion dates were accurate and their workers were deligent, well mannered and we’re mindful of the safety of their surroundings. The job consisted of removing 350 feet 40 year old fence and installing 400 feet of ten ft fencing. They did an exceptional job and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work.
I signed a contract with Mac's Fencing and I was promissed that the fencing job will be done for a certain price and to be completed in 3-4 days. So I ordered the material and had it delivered so they can get the job started. - They started the job and after they started and I ordered the material from Homedepot, they came back to me asking for more money and I agreed to that since I hade no choice and needed the job finished. -They kept working few hours here and there and using the weather as an excuse. I do realize we had some rainy days, however not for the 4 weeks they have been on the job. it has been 4 weeks now and my drive way is full of the fencing supplies and my yard is torn full of small piles of dirt and rocks and the old posts with metal sticking out still in the yard causing a high risk for injuries and they are still taking their time to finish, the the owner's excuse that his son who was the person who gave me the initial quote gave me a (too good of a deal) alower price than it should be and they could have made much more money with other jobs , so this is not a priority for them and they will get to it between other jobs. I called this AM and told them that if the job is not completed in 48hrs then I will hire another contractor to finish the job and the cost will be deducted from thee balance. Then they finished the job leaving the yard torn in need of lots of restorations.
Called & email this company about buying chain link fencing to construct a chicken coop project , the ladies I spoke with on the phone sounded nice but with an overbearing uninterested undertone , in no uncertain terms they basically told me they were unwilling to help me by selling me the material , & in the email they sent back I got the impression that they would prefer to come build it for me versus ,me buying the material from them and building it myself .
