Simple scheduling of the appointment, drop off was easy and since they had to keep my car for the day, getting a loaner was also seamless. The service rep I interacted with was incredibly kind and was quick to call me and let me know what was happening with my vehicle. Overall, best experience I have had at a GMC dealer in the KC Metro!

Never been here, but having rented a '21 Terrain for the Bills/Chiefs game, I called for advice. With snow already falling and not knowing what all these buttons are for, I drive a 61 TBird, I wanted to see if any of them were for traction or something to help with snow without buying tire chains. I wish I could remember his name but he was so nice and genuinely wanted to help me! Thank you, sir. He explained what all the buttons and dials are for but that I didn't need to stress it because the car automatically will adjust. Mind blown This review is strictly for the amazing customer service I received.

It was pleasant,the sales staff somewhat knowledgeable on what you are purchasing,although I had my vehicle cleaned and noticed scratches that wasnt there before the delivery deatail, one scratch was there before I was told,acceptable,but if I take the car for the weekend and cant see out of the rear windows because of dust and smears and the smears are still there on the windows after delivery and I still cant see out the back windows I'm thinking they weren't cleaned fyi..overall good experience. ..windows are a must clean ....no matter how clean the car looks

It was quick and easy, no hard core pitches by the salesman or finance. A lot of the transaction was via email. I did however know the car I wanted as I had been shopping and had already test driven a similar vehicle that didn't have the specific items I was looking for. The Acadia at Mainstreet met my criteria.
