Management has no clue what they are doing. Would not recommend or trust this organization to do any kind of housing project.

They receive many thousands of dollars from the City residents in their area ! More than almost any other neighborhood except the 10 million Center City is getting

I have been living in a Westside Housing Organization apartment for over one year, and I really like it here The office staff are all very nice and considerate. Some of the properties even have community gardens for the residents that they help out with. The maintenance is pretty good, and the maintenance men are nice and not creepy like in other apartments that I have lived in. They even exterminate every 90 days, which is nice. I have never once seen a bug here. If you have ever lived downtown or in midtown, then you know that is rare. Overall, the properties are very well cared for, and in good condition with many updates. The application process is not hard, they do require extra documentation because there are income limits to qualify to live in most of their apartments. To me it is worth it considering the amount of money saved in rent compared to nearby properties.
