It was fun and the bartenders were nice. Almost all of the karaoke is in Russian. I knocked them down a stat because I ordered a Jack and Coke and they brought me a shot of jack and a warm shot of coke. How do you mess up that order?

Walked in with a few friends, immediately,I knew I brought them in to the lions den. I am pretty much internationally cultured,and frequent different places, such as: Turkish,Polish,Greek,Hungarian,Iranian,Latin etc.,but,the arrogance from Russians is undisputable! Every establishment appreciates a variety of customers,but,Russians openly show their arrogance to other than their own. What establishment do you know where 5 women are sitting at a table,new customers, and are treated as arrogantly as my friend's were treated at this Red cafe place? It was a colleague of ours from our office birthday and I suggested we try this place. Never again! Try some warmth and hospitality, it's much better than your arrogance you pride yourself for. Smh
Ask for details at the bar, before trying out!!! Place is fine, but when it gets to the BILL , they will take your MONEY, even if the bill is NOT YOURS, even if you had a SEPARATE BILL, from the minute you STEP IN! The point is just to make someone PAY FOR THE BILL EVERYONE were notified of this review to get to this point, before making pay for someones table EVERYONE were satisfied of the situation, and took all CASH i had in the wallet, with ease! And for my own bill.... Had a really good memories & HUGE respect in a days... But after this situation happen to me, and with another 2x of my friends, similar, money wise. My rate , for past mem's, A DJ & because half STAR does not exist. Unfortunately worst review in BROOKLYN. Can't agree to GIFT HARD EARNED MONEY, for (DISRESPECT I GOT), which is not from the money TREE etc. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE, FOR UNDERSTANDING MY POSITION.
I came to this lounge in mid-December and was disappointed by the poor customer service and the charges on my bill. The blonde bartender barely assisted me, and when she did, I was charged 5 for one bottle of water. I can buy an entire pack of water for 5. Make sure to check your tab and ask about prices before ordering anything here.
