Unfortunately, this new restaurants seems to be run by first time owners. The food quality was pretty poor, and (echoing Thomas's point) half of the menu items isn't in stock despite being there the first hour. And the skewers are so small, let alone that you must order independent skewers. (Yes, one at a time at 34) (and they arrive in their own plates, too) My recommendation for visitor is to wait for a few months (reviewed in late July 2017) and for them to stablize their quality. Don't bother going just because it is new. I can amend the rating if things change next time I visit. My recommendation for the owners: 1.please reduce the menu items if you can't maintain a steady supply, or use a daily changing menu if you couldn't keep a constant stock. There is nothing screams disappointment when menu items are not in stock in an empty restaurant 2. Stronger flavor. Most of the items we tasted have no flavor. The cold soba sauce is very watery. Most of the meat skewer are just lightly salted. These food wouldn't stand a chance in flavor if I am drinking beer let alone strong liquors. 3. Economic of scale. In the menu, don't just sell one skewer per order. Having some combo sets that people can go to on their first time, would be a huge plus. As eaters, we wouldn't be micro managing our order, deciding on each skewer we want, and be hitting those you don't have stock of. Have like a base plate, we can go to. Like 3x chicken 3x beef. Even if you don't care about economic of scale. At least the plate would look full, and also less plate you will need to wash. Feel free to reach out or comment if you have questions.

My girlfriend and I were delighted that we stumbled across this place as we were searching for some place to eat at about 10:30pm. I can agree with other reviews that this place is managed by people who have little experience managing restaurants. With that being said the food was delicious and the service was friendly and attentive. To the management's credit they valued our opinions and appreciated feedback on how to provide their guests with the best service they can. I can imagine that after doing business here for a while they will have things all figured out and will be offering an experience tailored to the community. I look forward to coming back.
This place is good for a groups, every table is enclosed with walls so it feels private. We spent about 2 hours there eating, chatting and drinking. I didn't feel rushed because the food service is also slow. It's a great place to hangout 5/5 but food taste is 3/5.
I came here for dinner before 10pm and the restaurant was closed already. No notice, nothing at all. Disappointing. It would be great if they updated their opening hours.
We highly recommend this place thats why I give them five stars. We went there last week with my friends. We ordered different kinds of food. First of all, the special salad, the dressing is really tasty , then we ordered the fresh oysters, deep fry crab, deep fry tofu, skewers, ramen and curry pork rice, they all fresh and really delicious, yuuuummmy
Definitely don't believe all the yelp reviews. First, they didn't seat us because we were still waiting 2 more people even though they had a bunch of empty tables. Then they argue in Cantonese about whether or not to seat us. Second, the they were out of over half the menu even though they just opened about an hour ago. Unfortunately, we weren't informed until about half an hour later when we asked where the food we ordered was. The food came out at random; main dishes first, seaweed salad 25 minutes after, then finally 2 skewers 30 minutes after the salad. Third, the main waitress with glasses was too busy drinking with her family friends, and clearly couldn't be bothered to help clean, take orders, or seat people. There was a group waiting at the entrance for an extended period of time with no one helping them, while over half the tables in the restaurant were empty. Lastly, the actually food was disappointing. Obviously made instant curry, instant soba, and instant ramen. Overcooked beef drenched in sause. The water was served luke warm without ice. This place is a joke, and I hope it shuts down. No customers deserve this level of service.
