Called for replacing sand in filter. Came out quickly, did the job. Reasonably priced and he was paid immediately. Pool was green at the time, put a few chemicals in and left. He said it would clear up and I would have to vacuum dead algae out. I didn’t hire them on a regular basis to clean pool, I can not afford a service on a regular basis. I got the pool clear again, asked them to come out and check because I had lots of sand still in pool. Keith (owner) sent someone out to vacuum for 130, high price for still having the same issue, I thought. Did not come check hisself. I was not home for two days to see if it was vacuumed out good. Came home, pool had tons of leaves and still sand. (I do have lots of trees). I tried vacuuming myself, too much sand. I called Keith, he said there are many ways for sand to get into my pool, other than from filter he changed. Funny, never has happened before. I asked please come back out to check your work, he said we are very busy and will get to you when we can. Never came back and no response! so apparently he doesn’t warranty his work or did not fix the problem completely.
Outstanding work, helpful, considerate, honest & patient in putting up with someone that didn't know much about pools. I've hired quite a few "pool guys" & finally found an awesome one with Keith's Quality Pools. I don't think I could find anyone better. Try him, you won't be disappointed!!
Keith has installed a pool for us in the past (2007) at a different home. He did a quality job and was very reasonable on the price. When we moved (2011), he did a "chlorine to ionization" conversion for the pool at the new house. As always, easy to work with and a man of his word! No need to call anyone else!
