Where to begin. First, owner is non responsive. Left three messages for a returned call. The only thing I got was an apology email from the sales person I was having issues with. They took my deposit on April 18th and as of today only one room in my home has been completed. I took off work for installation day one. That day came and around 11 am I get a call from someone saying they are not sure what is going on, but except the installer by end of day. No further communication till I called the next morning. My sales person is clueless. She said oh the carpet is backordered, it wasn't even the carpet that was to be installed. Oh, the product didn't come in and is backordered. Ok, I'm cool with that ...but let's communicate that. So I was told May 14, then May 20, then May 26th for product. Again, no communication from them. This is me calling to get update. After they did install the one room with carpet they then try to run my card ( without permission) to collect the remainder of my invoice. This was the first time I asked to speak to the owner, again no response. Guess I will call again in the morning and see if they plan to install my vinyl anytime soon, as I still have not heard back this entire week ***BUYERS BEWARE*** S
