Great atmosphere to learn from an instructor(s) who care about you. Family friendly atmosphere is good for kids of all ages.

All the coaches and staff were awesome. I brought my brother in for his first time on the mats and everyone spent time working with him. I’ve trained for nine years and know some schools can be really rough with beginners but they did a great job being welcoming and letting him move around. For me the crew there were very good and technical. No one was a tool and I was welcomed with open arms. The facility was clean and the staff were very professional. Thank you for all the hospitality!

By far the best gym I have trained at. The high level of Instruction at each of the classes is impressive. My family loves going to train and feels super comfortable at the gym and we feel like it’s a big family all the time. Kids classes are amazing and teaching our kids DISCIPLINE and hard work, while having fun. I love the high level of instruction and competition, yet there is no Ego! Everyone helps each other and constantly pushes each other. Love that my family has found a gym we can call home.

I sent my five year old son to Peak Performance for Martial Arts because he really had a hard time focusing and listening to directions. I was hoping it would give him some discipline with the added benefit of learning some self defense. Some of my friends have kids who go here so it was an easy decision. I've been very impressed with the results. Not only does my son love it but he's learning behaviors and skills that carry through to his daily life and I'm loving the change. This has been a very positive thing for him and I hope to have him continue on through his teenage years.
